LIABILITY WAIVER, RELEASE & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
 
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING
By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
 
1. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION
I voluntarily choose to participate in activities offered by Sacred Space Las Vegas, which may include restorative yoga, yin yoga, sound baths, ecstatic dance, meditation, breathwork, and facilitated group or community gatherings.
I understand that these activities may involve physical movement or stillness, sound and vibration, music, lighting changes, emotional experiences, and interaction with other participants.
 
2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Muscle strain, soreness, dizziness, fatigue, slips, or falls

• Sensitivity or reaction to sound, vibration, or volume

• Emotional release, heightened awareness, resurfacing memories, anxiety responses, or psychological discomfort

• Unforeseen physical or emotional responses

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising from my participation.
 
3. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
I affirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating and that I have consulted a qualified medical professional if I have any condition, injury, pregnancy, or concern that could affect my participation.
I understand that Sacred Space Las Vegas does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services, and that participation is not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
I understand that I am always free to rest, modify, opt out, or leave a session at any time, without explanation.
 
4. NO GUARANTEES
I understand that Sacred Space Las Vegas makes no guarantees regarding physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual outcomes from participation. Each experience is personal and may vary.
 
5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE)
To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Sacred Space Las Vegas and its owners, instructors, facilitators, employees, contractors, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action, including those arising from the ordinary negligence of the released parties, related to my participation.
This release applies to claims for personal injury, emotional distress, property damage, or death, whether occurring on or off the premises.
 
6. INDEMNIFICATION
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sacred Space Las Vegas from any claims or liabilities arising from my participation or conduct.
 
7. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA CONSENT
I understand that photographs, video, or audio recordings may be taken during classes or events.
 
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. If any portion is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
