1. Do I need to be flexible to do yoga?

Not at all! Yoga is for every body, and flexibility is something you build over time. Our classes focus on movement, breath, and alignment—so you can start wherever you are and grow at your own pace.

2. What should I bring to class?

We recommend bringing a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a towel if needed. If you don’t have a mat, no worries! We have mats available for rent at the studio.

3. I’m a beginner. Which class should I start with?

If you’re new to yoga, we recommend starting with one of our Restorative classes. It will help build confidence, improve mobility, and introduce key yoga principles in a supportive environment.

4. What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for easy movement. Breathable, moisture-wicking fabrics are ideal to keep you feeling comfortable throughout your practice.

5. How do I book a class?

Booking is easy! Simply visit our website, choose your preferred class from our schedule, and reserve your spot online. Spaces are limited to book ahead to ensure you get a spot.
