Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement journey that invites you to move exactly as you feel — no choreography, no judgment, just pure expression. Guided by an intentional music flow, you’ll release stress, awaken energy, and connect more deeply with yourself and others in a safe, supportive space. This practice is substance-free, phone-free, and talk-free, allowing you to fully immerse in the rhythm, let go of the mind, and return to joy through movement. All bodies, all backgrounds, and all ways of moving are welcome.
