Step into a deeply restorative sound journey designed to calm your mind, reset your nervous system, and bring your body back into balance. You’ll be fully supported in comfort—resting on our plush 4" Certi-PUR mattresses, with a bolster placed under your knees to ease the lower back, a heated eye mask to help you drop inward, and a warm cotton blanket to cocoon you into relaxation (basically, the opposite of a stressful day). We begin with a few gentle moments to help you settle in, inviting your breath to slow and your body to soften. From there, you’ll be guided into stillness as the rich, layered tones of the gong wash over you. As the vibrations build and ebb, they work on a cellular level, helping to release tension, quiet mental chatter, and create space for clarity and renewal. Many people experience a meditative, dream-like state where time seems to dissolve. You’ll remain comfortably lying down for the entire session, allowing the sound to do the work for you.
