In our evening class we merge slow, intentional yoga poses with the powerful healing movements of soft qigong. By deliberately slowing down, you enter a state of deep relaxation while sharpening mental alertness and refining body-mind coordination. Each breath becomes perfectly synchronized with movement, calming the racing mind and awakening a profound inner awareness. Far from passive or lazy, this training cultivates quiet strength, resilience, and presence. It teaches you to move through life with purpose while protecting and nourishing your chi, supporting sustained energy and wellbeing even on the busiest days. Ideal for executives and high performers, it delivers the tools to remain centered and balanced no matter how demanding your schedule becomes. As a night class, it closes with an extended deep relaxation session. You learn to fully calm your mind and energy, allowing the body to release accumulated tension.
